Our Strengths-Based Approach

What is neurodiversity?

Neurodiversity is a fact.  It simply means that everyone's brain is unique.

Some forms of neurodiversity can be more challenging than others.  When the challenges are great enough, society tends to label them as "deficits."

At CReW, we take a strengths-based approach to all diversity.  That means we help you focus on what you CAN do and what you DO want.  In this way, our coaches help you discover, build, and support your best neurodiverse life!

Is this just for kids?

It is not.

Autism is a lifelong condition, and the majority of children with ADHD continue to experience ADHD as adults.  Based on CDC data, there are estimated to be at least 2 million autistic adults and over 3 million adults with ADHD in the U.S.  And, more than 800,000 U.S. autistic teens will become adults in the next  decade, as will over twice that many teens with ADHD.
