Hi, I'm Tamara. I founded the Creative, Resourceful, & Whole (CReW) Coaching Institute to provide support that I wish I had when my child was growing up. You see, he was diagnosed with autism at the age of 12. What followed was a baffling and traumatic journey through adolescence and a rocky start on adulthood. It was a journey through the dark, where we didn't know what we didn't know, and we struggled and often failed to find the help we knew we needed. We found our way, and my son is now an emotionally mature and kind young man pursuing a career as a chef, maintaining his own home, and pursuing interests in music and gaming, among other things.
It didn't have to be this hard.
So, when I retired from a long executive career in high tech, I decided to make a difference to families that are still engaged in that very same struggle. I spent a year learning and certifying in rigorous, evidence-based Coaching practices, and then another academic year studying at the University of California, Davis MIND Institute, in a program called Leadership Education in Developmental Disabilities.
I founded CReW to bring a new kind of support to the growing neurodiverse community, including individuals and their families with autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, and a host of related conditions. CReW recognizes and celebrates all our clients as naturally Creative, Resourceful & Whole. From that starting place, we provide coaching, training and support to help our clients lead the best possible lives they can design and build.
Please, read on and meet our coaches!
My family includes four adopted teens and young adults as well as five stepsons. We are a neurodiverse, biracial, and blended family. As an ADHDer myself, I can relate to many of my clients' complex challenges and the beauty of being unique.
My neurodivergent friends and clients have great passion, think outside the box, and are creative problem solvers. But the world is not set up with us in mind. My coaching sessions are a place where you can feel safe enough to (re)discover what it is that you truly want and need from your life. Together, we can build your confidence and create a more peaceful, contented way of living...whatever that looks like for you.

I am the father of four amazing teenagers who have all experienced the ups and downs of split family dynamics and are currently charting their course to adult life with passion and great promise.
I am also an ADHD self-advocate, and 3 of my children share my neurodiversity. I have shared their journey navigating from daycare through High School in a social and school system focused primarily on the neurotypical. So, I have a particular passion for helping families access the supports they need for those important educational years!

I am Swaranjit Gill, doctorally prepared nurse practitioner (DNP) holding dual board certifications in family practice and psychiatric mental health.
You can call me Gill.
In over 20 years as a Nurse Practitioner, I have developed a passion for helping people, particularly those with developmental challenges. My mission is to provide quality care and coaching to support the principles of humanity, respect, and independence for neurodiverse people and their families.

Neurodiversity makes life rich. Our society and history would be impoverished without our neurodiverse (ND) thinkers and creators in tech, science and the arts. All the ND children and adults in my life have made indelible, forever impressions on my heart.
It was my experience of raising a neurodiverse child that brought me to a passion for serving families with neurodiverse kids. Now I am the parent of an autistic adult who is an inspiring and brilliant young self advocate, doing meaningful work, in a loving relationship, and living a full life. It has been a long road, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
I live with ADHD and dyslexia myself, and I have always “marched to the beat of a different drummer.” This was particularly tough in my teens and twenties, which is part of why I love to work with youth: I can relate to the challenges and pressures they are facing.

Do you want Good Health? Wealth? Peace? Love? Joy? Connection?
A fulfilling life means different things to each of us. I can help you find what it means to you.
A well-developed sense of self is important in helping us make the best choices. From something as small as a favorite color to bigger concerns like personal values, knowing what comes from our own values and what comes from others, allows us to live a fulfilling life.
I am passionate about working with families like mine, who are neurodiverse and first-generation immigrants. I understand the challenges of being different, in a foreign land, and speaking another language. I can help you build that bridge to your best life.

I am Liz Young (they/them/theirs), a neurodiverse New Jerseyian living in Colorado. My advocacy has focused on gender diversity and autism. I began my journey as a self-advocate in elementary school and have
achieved a lifetime of successful self-advocacy since.
For more than 20 years, I have put self-advocacy into action to succeed in new spaces. I strive to help adults and adolescents new to self-advocacy learn skills to get their footing. Seasoned self-advocates, their families, and professionals can also rely on my coaching as you sort out more complex situations and reinforce self-reliance.
My goal is to help all clients improve the utility they get from their greatest resource: themselves.

As an autistic non-binary person dedicated to empowering neurodivergent young adults to find freedom and fulfillment, I understand the unique challenges and strengths of being neurodivergent. Diagnosed at 34, I finally comprehended how my periods of high achievement and burnout were two sides of the same coin. My journey inspired me to become a life coach for neurodivergent individuals.
With extensive experience in higher education as a professor and academic counselor, I specialize in supporting college students through their transitions and helping them navigate new life chapters. I also have a personal connection with LGBTQ+ clients, exploring the intersections of gender, sexuality, and neurodivergence.
My goal is to help others leverage their talents and quirks to achieve the future they envision for themselves.
