Mentor Coaching

 

 Mentor Coaching is designed for Neurodiversity Family Coaches who are working to fulfill their ICF ACC Certification Requirement of10 mentor coaching hours with an ICF-qualified, certified mentor coach. 


Neurodiversity Mentor Coaching provides 7 coaching hours in a group setting, plus 3 one-on-one hours of mentoring with an assigned mentor coach reviewing student coaching of a private client.   Our mentor coach is neurodiversity trained and affirming.


Mentor Coaching is offered to Neurodiversity Family Coaches who wish to pursue ICF certification at the following rates for 10 hours of mentor coaching:

$1000 paid up front

or

3 installments of $400 for 3 months


Offered in English.

Scheduled on demand with graduating coaches.

Offered via Zoom

Group Coaching Training

Designed for Neurodiversity Family Coaches  and experienced coaches to become certifed to lead CReW Groups or develop their own group coaching offerings. 


Training includes 48 hours over 18 weeks, including:


  • 12 synchronous on-line training hours 
  • 12 hours of live group facilitation via Zoom 
  • 12 synchronous online training hours developing a group coaching program 
  • 12 asynchronous hours of reading and group development


Graduates receive a Group Coach Certification.

  

Up Front Payment in Full:   $2400, or

3 equal installments of $850 each.

Developing Your Coaching Business

learn to coach, become a neurodiversity coach, coach training

Designed for coaches who wish to develop a complete business plan for their new coaching business, including Mission,  Vision, Program Development, Marketing, Sales, Administration, and Finance.  Training includes 25 hours.  There are 15 classroom hours of training, guiding the creation of an individualized business plan + approximately 10 hours of homework using tools provided.


Developing Your Coaching Business is offered in 12 weekly sessions of 90 minutes each.  

$1200 is payable upfront

or 

2 payments of $650 each in Week 1 and Week 6

Embracing Neurodiversity

  

Embracing Neurodiversity is designed for anyone who wants to learn more about the latest science and best clinical practice for supporting neurodiversity but who does not desire to purse a coaching certification.

  

Far too often neurodiversity is seen from the perspective of the "medical model" through a deficit-based lense. "Embracing Neurodiversity" strives to help you appreciate and capitalize on the strengths of neurodiversity, while understanding and providing supports where needed. 


It gives you a sound survey of the primary elements of neurodevelopmental differences that you can apply to your professional or your personal life.

 
 

This course offers 20 hours of continuously-updated material on the latest brain-based and human behavioral research relating to neurodevelopmental disabilites, drawn from over 60 University Centers of Excellence In Developmental Disabilities across the United States. 


Students receive access to over 100 currated research articles, books, and resources with leading science-backed, evidence-based resources.


Groups formed upon Request

Individual Student Price = $1200  up front

or 2 installments of $650 each in week 1 and week 12
