I am Mom to an autistic teen…a family advocate…a Certified Neurodevelopmental Family Coach…a UC Davis MIND Institute graduate in Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND)…Certified in Autism Focused Intervention Resources & Modules (AFIRM)…a Certified Mental Health First Aider…a Certified Person-Centered Planner…and a Certified Independent Facilitator.

I am passionate about working with families like mine, who are neurodiverse and first-generation immigrants.  When I immigrated to the Unites States years ago, I struggled to connect with people around me and develop friendships.  I did not feel like I belonged.  My mental, physical and emotional health was affected.  Once I started focusing on self, the rest followed. 

Coaching focuses on the person and not the problem. This approach helped me identify things important to me to lead a fulfilling life.  I will use the same coaching approach to help you. I am multi-lingual and speak English, Tamil and Hindi.  As your coach, I am committed to your growth, goals, and dreams.

I use evidence based-coaching skills to help you connect with yourself.  To lead a fulfilling life, we need the 4Cs – Connect with self, Connect with loved ones, Connect with community, Create joy, peace and good health. Using scientific research and evidence-based practices, I help you achieve the first C – CONNECT with SELF. You are your expert!!!
