My life has always been  family centric, and my 30-year career in the high tech field has focused on ensuring people can succeed in highly complex situations.   

In business, this  has involved

• Identifying needs in a complex vendor/client systems
• Collaborating to deliver solutions for those needs, and
• Creating learning systems and programs to maximize client success 

As a Coach, this means I will:

• Hold a space for you to identify your goals and needs
• Collaborate with you to design solutions that will meet your needs
• Support you in finding the resources needed to help you thrive

My focus is on ensuring your success and satisfaction.   I apply my strengths and passion to helping neurodiverse individuals,  groups, and families successfully collaborate and succeed with whatever goals they set.   I would love to work with you to identify and execute a plan to achieve your goals!
