Self-Advocates are strongly encouraged to apply.

CReW maintains a passionate conviction that leadership must come from within the community.  The great majority of our coaches and trainees are either self-advocates or family members of neurodiverse individuals.

Professionals trained in or providing services to neurodiverse communities are also welcomed!  CReW's approach to coaching and support within the neurodiverse community is not one of behaviorism, instead focusing on individual goals, strengths and agency.  The application of coaching core competencies to your professional practice offers significant opportunities for serving the neurodiverse community!
